2. Products & Pricing

• All prices listed on Sasta Buys are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, minor variations in color or packaging may occur.
• In the rare event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you promptly.
• Availability of products is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed via WhatsApp or order confirmation message.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website, Daraz store, or directly via WhatsApp.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method, along with JazzCash, Easypaisa, and direct bank transfer where applicable.
• An order is only confirmed once you receive an acknowledgment from our team — adding items to cart or messaging us does not guarantee stock availability.
• Sasta Buys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, repeated COD refusals, or unavailability of stock.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days and deliver within 3–7 business days depending on your city, via our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, PostEx, or M&P).
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays — Sasta Buys is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
• Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for details on inspecting your parcel upon delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined there, including the requirement for video proof at the time of delivery for any return or exchange claim.
